What we collect
We collect only the information you give us directly:
- Your name and email address.
- Your WhatsApp number, if you choose to share it.
- Your quiz answers and resulting pattern or archetype.
- Booking, payment, and session details for the Labs, courses, and sessions you register for.
Why we collect it
We use this information to deliver what you signed up for: the Soma Lab, Practitioner Lab, courses, therapy containers, pattern-reading calls, and related communications. We also use it to contact you about the programs you are enrolled in, answer your questions, and keep you informed about scheduling, materials, and follow-up support.
Who processes your data
We store data in our own backend and rely on trusted service providers to run the site and deliver our programs:
- Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage.
- Stripe — payment processing.
- Twilio — WhatsApp and SMS messaging, where you have opted in.
- Cal.com — call and session scheduling.
- Meta — conversion tracking for advertising.
- Our email provider — sending transactional and program-related emails.
We do not sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as you have an active relationship with us or as needed to provide the services you requested. If you ask us to delete your data, we will remove it from our systems within 30 days, except where we are required to keep it for legal or tax purposes.
Request deletion or ask a question
You can request a copy of your data, correct inaccurate information, or ask us to delete your account and records at any time by emailing us.
